I called this morning to ask for a funeral arrangement and was told that they can't do it because of Mother's Day weekend. This was understandable, but the man continued to tell me that he's a full-fledged florist and he doesn't stock flowers for "unexpected funerals". His tone was flat and I thought his comment was uncalled for. I responded, "Aren't all funerals unexpected??" He told me since I was being rude that I can have a good day and hung up on me.
Worst experience ever! Would show up at my fiancé house unannounced after the fact that My mother politely asked him she would call if she needed him. He would call over and over at my work, he invited himself to my tasting after the fact we asked him it was just a family event. He also cashed 350 dollars that he was suppose to work for me until my wedding day. He absolutely made my life hell. I had a coworker he did the same thing too. He also lied to my mother what his name was guess so she could not see all the bad reviews online that he erased. My vendors wanted to back out because they didn't want to work with him. He also told my mother if he did do a refund he would send it to my father. He said that he left my mother a message and she didn't return the call so that's punishment because she didn't call back. Point blank we asked him to leave vendors alone until we needed him. He called every vendor until they didn't want to work with him. He told me he generally hates mother of the brides which offended me and my mother. He also would send me messages at 2 in the morning on work nights.

I usually don't post reviews,however, the service was so horrible I'm still in shock. The customer service was awful. Simple tasks of spelling a name to not being able to state what flowers they needed to use in a memorial arrangement could not be answered. Yet the man would not allow anyone to speak and just yelled.
Simply put, I would discourage anyone who has an important event to use them.
Amazing people ones so energetic you think he was on something. They do everything they say plus more!
