off their website on January 14th, 2016. This was a bouquet with white roses and purple flowers. I paid $69.00. My friend sent me a picture of the flowers she received from Flowers by Virginia and it looked nothing like what I had ordered. The Flowers she received was a "Spring Mix" and it did not have any white roses or any roses for that matter. I called the Florist to let them know I was not happy with what was sent and that I wanted a refund or they could send what I had originally ordered. They refused to do either stating that there is a disclaimer about not having certain flowers in stock. I told them that I understood that but what they sent was not even comparable for what I had ordered. I told them I will not be using their Florist again!!!!
Guy who answered the phone was very rude for a phone order for a funeral arrangement.

HORRIBLE RUDE SERVICE!! Went in to talk to them about a custom arrangement for a friend who's child was expected to die during/shortly after birth and was told first of all that was a weird situation and also that I would have to tell him what I wanted when I asked for suggestions. Hello?! Aren't YOU the freaking florist?! Not only that, but I didn't see anything impressive in the shop, nothing that would make me even remotely consider coming back. Needless to say I walked out and they WON'T be getting ANY business from me. And to think that I made a special trip to that shop specifically b/c somehow I figured if they'd been around as long as they have they must surely be good- HAAAA!!! Honestly, I was more impressed with the arrangements in the local grocery store, and at least they pretend to offer you help. Their motto on their site- "Flowers By Virginia proudly serves the Pickens area. We are family owned and operated. We are committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. Because all of our customers are important, our professional staff is dedicated to making your experience a pleasant one. That is why we always go the extra mile to make your floral gift perfect" - this is NOT true, or at least it certainly wasn't today. I was NOT given friendly service, my needs were not treated as if they were important, and the little twerp was NOT at all professional and did NOT make my experience a pleasant one at all. To say the least, they did NOT go that extra mile.
Clark was very patient with me and had excellent customer service. He was very professional and accommodated my needs very efficiently.
