Holy wow that was the worst experience in my life. These people slammed the door in my face after i told them i was sitting there since before 7 and they refuse to take me because i wasnt sitting on the porch out in the cold with my child. So they said we r not taking anymore people but yet i tried to explain to them that i was first here even berfore any of thr other people got there we was sitting in the car to stay warm and when everybody else started to show up we got out and went up to the door. Just like everyone else. They refused to lissen to me and just closed the door in my face. I cant believe these people treat others like this and how is that suppose to help anyone. I will never come here again and will tell everyone i know what kind of people they are. Horrible horrible staff. Everyone of them. The first time was even worst then this last time. My daughter got no help from either time. I would give it a negative5 if i could. Smh
