called there to speak with somebody to let them know the father of my twins no longer worked at his job and had skipped town and moved to tennesse.She was very unprofessional by telling me that calling there was not going to get me a payment!!well......i kinda figured that but saying as he does not act like a grown man that would do it himself i was doing it for him.I told her they go after the ones that are barely behind and let the ones that are thousands of dollars behind walk around like nothings wrong!Explained to her i get no help with daycare costs saying as i work i can not get daycare vouchers at all and she did not even care about that just very rude and sounded like she did not even wanna be there to answer the phone.SUCH A JOKE!!
